I straight out asked him what the problem was. I regret not going across the street. All the employees there always smile and are extremely polite. And to make shit worse he didn't even paint my nails right. Ugh just the worse Etam nail spa is pretty big. Overall, it gets pretty crowded in here but they're really fast and efficient. I'm satisfied with their work here. Prices aren't too bad, it's moderate. The employees are very nice, all of them. Def recommend coming here I've been going here for years, and my original review still miss etam deutschland think Lin is great. But after today maybe it's best to try and find another salon unfortunately. Or at least come only during the week. I got here a few minutes after they opened, there were already 2 women sitting in the salon chairs. I wait at the front desk hoping someone will acknowledge methe person coming in, as they usually do but they don't. I say excuse me and pick out a color I want and wait. They sit me down in a chair and soak my feet, told me David will be coming over to assist me shortly. I said ok no worries and saw David was busy finishing up someone else but it didn't bother me. What did bother me was sitting in the chair for an hour and 15 minutes hoping he would be done and come over. I don't normally do this but i decided enough is enough, dried my feet off, grabbed my purse, and left. Thank you for wasting my time. Walked in on Sunday around noon for acrylics and a pedicure, I was seated and taken care of right away. The job was great, I like how my nails turned out, the 2 guys who worked on me did a very detailed job. They weren't aggressive or anything like that. However, I did like the outcome but I don't think it would hurt to ask the customer what shape and length they want. From the moment I seen her do my sister's nails I know I wanted miss etam deutschland to be my regular manucurist. She answered all my questions, and Mimi took her time doing my nails. Go see her and you will see what I mean.
